Rooms are not maintained properly. They may need to clean it well. Has an attached non veg restaurant . Breakfast is not good. Excellent location . Been there for an overnight stay but not like a 3 star hotel. Not worth the money paid.

Mr Faizan is not professional at all at his work he doesn't know how to talk to the customer his tone sounds like if you want you stay or you may go, has no manners doesn't know how to explain.The Hotel Management needs to hire better experienced personal who knows to talk to the customer in right manner. Worst experience it's better to find other hotels with experienced personal.

One of the worst hotel. Not recommending at all.. worst receptionist n staffs, very arrogant and not attending the issue.. They don’t recharge TV, just fool around saying that it’s a technical issue.. you buggers take money and have third class people in the system. This will be my last visits..

Windows curtains are the worst part of rooms, it’s too short and small that day light screws your sleep, told many times at front desk, but no change. So guests make sure to to take your sleep eye masks when you book this hotel, rest is all excellent

The rooms were not at all clean and the washrooms were very dirty and the management was very careless after giving the room keys.For everything thing we had to make so many calls

Pathetic!! Writing this after 2 nights stay. It says a 3 star hotel but worse than a LODGE. Beleive me! I travelled across the globe but never had such an experience. Pros: Spacious Rooms, lighting is good. Cons: 1. No door in the washroom, no floor mats, too congested. 2. you need to call several times for anything to get even a water bottle. 3. Certainly the staff at their worst behaviour. 4. They don't even know who's staying in which room and till when. you need to keep informing them about your stay and room number. 5. They don't clean the rooms on a daily basis.

Overall cleanliness of the place is very bad. They asked me to park vehicle in basement and that place was horrible. Lifts had strains, carpet were never cleaned it seems. There was fish tank in front of hotel, it was dark black and had few fish. Seems ppl over there forgot abt clean and changing water. Morning breakfast was good. Only thing was restaurant attached to hotel is mess. I could see fly and it very filthy place. After have paid 5k stay in such pathetic condition is worst experience. Guys pls take the business little seriously.

Rooms were near and good. Service was good. Food was awesome. Complimentary breakfast provided was also good. Sambar and Idlis could have been better.
